  • Do you offer 24/7 service?

    Yes, we offer general locksmith and key fob replacement services at any time.

  • Do you replace key fobs?

    Yes, we offer key fob replacement services for all manufacturers.

  • Do you offer lock-out services?

    Lock-outs are extremely common, with approximately 16,000 Americans getting locked out of their house or car every day, according to Vector Security. If you get locked out of your home or business, you can rely on Amity Lock & Safe, Inc to provide the support you need. In addition to key fob replacement services, we offer 24/7 lock-out services.

  • What are your normal business hours?

    Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

  • Do you provide emergency services?

    Yes, our technicians are available 24/7. 

  • Do you copy customer-provided key blanks?

    Yes, as long as there is no steel content in the blade, we will be happy to cut a customer-provided blank.

  • Do you change fob batteries?

    Yes, for $10, we can change most every fob battery. 

  • Do you open safes?

    Yes, there are so many different kinds. The best thing to do is send pictures to the office and we will be able to provide the customer with a price and a game plan.

  • Do you keep copies of customer's combinations in the office when working on safes?

    No, that is confidential information for the customer.

  • Do you make copies of car keys?

    Most cars, yes. Our office staff just needs the year/make/model to provide you with a quote to get you on your way.

  • Can you program car keys and fobs?

    Yes, most makes and models. We have the capabilities to program customer-provided ones and keys from our inventory. 

  • What type of payment is accepted?

    Credit and debit are available in the field, business checks as well; but unfortunately, no personal checks are accepted.

  • Can you bill my insurance or AAA for payment?

    Unfortunately, no, the customer would have to pay upfront and then apply for reimbursement through their company.
